GoPod is here to help you share and grow your podcast. You're welcome to use our free or paid tools as long as you use them responsibly. That means no illegal activity, no harmful behavior, and no misuse of the service. If we believe someone is breaking these rules, we may suspend or close their account.
We offer both free and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically each month or each year, depending on what you choose at sign-up. You're free to cancel at any time through your account settings, and your plan will stay active until the end of the billing period.
We want you to feel confident about using GoPod. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. If you're not happy within the first 30 days, just let us know and we'll refund you in full. After that period, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
We care about your privacy and your work. You always remain the owner of your podcast content. By using GoPod, you simply give us permission to display and share your podcast through our tools. For details on how we collect and use personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
We do our best to keep GoPod running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. From time to time we may update or change features to improve the service.
GoPod is provided “as is.” While we work hard to provide a reliable service, we can't be held responsible for any loss, damage, or costs that come from using it. If for some reason we are found responsible, our total liability will never be more than the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
You can close your account whenever you like. Likewise, if we find that someone is misusing GoPod or breaking these Terms, we may suspend or close their account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
